description- The user breathes out a thick cloud of a poisonous smog. The smog then takes on the form of a wolf and charges at the enemy.
affinity- wind
levels
1. Only blocks the victims sight and cuases sight breathing problems.
2. Movements are slowed
3. Single turn paralysis
4. two turn paralysis
chakra cost- 30 chakra and 5 stamina
