Funadamentals of Chakra Part 2

On the colour spectrum. Yellow, Ki, the spiritual energy (Think DBZ) is one form of energy.
Green, life, Stamina (As seen with the healing palms) Is the other.
When moulded into the typical chakra in Naruto, it appears blue. Tainted colours are merely tainted charka or even a third party such as Chi. Natures energy found in every living thing (Think Spirit Bomb) to create Senjutsu or Sage mode. Which is unique again. Body + Spiritual + Nature/Universal energies = Senjutsu Chakra. Then there are cursed seals and Kyuubi Chakra etc.
Chakra is moulded for large quantities, not expunged like Ki/Spiritual energy. The aura expunged already is minuet amounts already readilly mixed though at typical human levels.
Like most colour spectrum's, the more in-depth you look into, the more other colours are present. Each gate generates it's own colour. Representative of that gland and use. Gates that are faulty throw ones "Chakra/Aura" out of alignment.
