Yochi Tensai

Yochi is the current Kage of the mountaintop village. He is considered to have the strongest bloodline traits in the world.

He bears the Chiageya along with an artificial earth demon. however, he also bears the Zankuuha and the rage of lightning. He is considered a prodigy ninja because he not only bears many bloodlines, but he is skilled with them as well.
